Product development
Innovation is at the centre of all our developments. In developing and refining our products, we use production-style machinery in our laboratory and can produce quantities of up to 100 kg at prototype level. In this way, we create products that can be perfectly integrated into production and converting processes from the start. Already during the pilot phase, working in close collaboration with customers and suppliers, our highly qualified and dedicated team develops new products, markets, and applications. Our unique laboratory is your advantage
Specific customer requests require individual solutions. That's why Sekisui Alveo has been investing in its Application Service Laboratory (ASL) in Adligenswil for over 25 years. This competence centre allows us to provide targeted support for our customers in their technical projects and during the development of applications, including prototype production. The ASL is the only such facility in the sector within Europe and is a key to the innovation and quality advantage provided by Sekisui Alveo foams.
