We are looking for an
Sales Manager (m/f/d, full time)
You will be responsible for the Benelux markets and its customers.
Your contribution to our success
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales trends
Your profile
- HBO level of working & thinking
- Professional level of Dutch and English
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in B2B environments, preferably in Chemicals/Plastics
- High self-drive & motivation in combination with a structured work approach
- Committed, reliable, empathic
- Stakeholder-Management-Skills (key accounts, small to mid-sized companies)
- Intercultural competencies
- Long-term focus
- Team player
Your home-base will be our Sales Office in Culemborg. You report directly to the Commercial Manager. As part of a matrix organization you will also work directly with the Business Unit & Supply Chain Teams located at our Headquarters in Switzerland.
