Sekisui Alveo sets course for the future: Top management changes
Adligenswil, Switzerland, 01 April 2025 – Sekisui Alveo, European manufacturer of high-quality polyolefin foams, will be led by a new management team as of 1 April which will focus the company on sustainability and partnership.
Over the past year, Sekisui Alveo has undergone significant changes in its management team, with three out of five new members joining. These strategic additions mark a turning point for Sekisui Alveo, as the company aims to strengthen its leadership position through innovation and sustainability.

The new management team
Neil Beckhusen, CEO, also CEO of Sekisui Voltek USA, took over the leadership of Sekisui Alveo on 1 April 2024. His double CEO role is part of a strategic decision to strengthen overall synergy within the Sekisui Group and to capitalize on the collective strengths of Sekisui Alveo and Sekisui Voltek. With over 34 years of experience at Sekisui Voltek, Neil Beckhusen brings extensive expertise in business management and strategic development.
Frank Voermans, CTMO, has been with the company for over 20 years. After many years of leadership in a variety of areas at Sekisui Alveo, he took on the role of Chief Technology and Manufacturing officer in April 2019. He is known for tackling complex challenges with creative solutions and maximising efficiency.
Luca Naglieri, CFIO, has been Chief Financial & Information Officer since October 2024. With his solid financial expertise, Luca Naglieri supports the long-term financial health and growth of the company.
Wolfgang Aufmuth, CMSO, has been promoted to Chief Marketing & Sales Officer effective 1 April 2025. He was previously Business Unit Manager for Adhesive Coating and Flooring. With experience in marketing and sales, Wolfgang Aufmuth will bring fresh momentum to brand strategy and market expansion.
Patricia Ugolini Reiners, CHRO, has been with Sekisui Alveo for over 30 years. With her extensive experience in various departments, she focuses on a future-oriented HR strategy, where employees contribute, advance in a sustainable and successful company and belong to a team that values respect and collaboration.
