Sekisui Alveo foams are ideal for footwear and orthopedic applications. Orthopedic materials need to be soft yet provide good padding and high comfort. Proper support also requires various degrees of hardness and stiffness.

The high-quality polyolefin foams of Sekisui Alveo boast unique haptic properties, outstanding cushioning and dimensional stability, and good hygiene and anti-slip properties. Due to the closed-cell structure, they are thermally insulating, skin-friendly and dry quickly. This opens a broad field of applications and makes them the material of choice.

All Sekisui Alveo foams are tested for harmful substances in accordance with PFI, comply with the biocompatibility standards prescribed by ISO 10993, and are Ökotex compliant.
